Room with terrace overlooking the Sacré-Coeur de Montmartre in large 250 m² duplex apartment. Metro 300m away, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées nearby. Quiet and secure environment. We can see the Eiffel Tower from the dining room... Possibility offered to guests of the room with terrace to rent a small adjacent room to accommodate a child over 10 years old (55€/night) Important ... Please pick up the keys imperatively between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm (6:30 pm) The space Room and shower are on the second floor of a large, charming duplex apartment on 6th and 7th last floors, with elevator, where you will have peace and quiet. Private balcony off bedroom (12 sq yd) with view on Montmartre ... flowers (not in winter) ... outdoor furniture Double bed with memory foam mattress It is imperative to pick up the keys before 6:30 p.m. We can accommodate up to 2 people, but unfortunately cannot accept young children. Possibility to sometimes reserve a single room on same floor as double room for 55€ per day Guest access We ask that you imperativly to come and pick up keys before 19:00, later, we we might be out, not being able to lead you to your room. Passing through the living room to access the room on the 7th floor via wooden staircase (see photos, could pose a problem for people with reduced mobility). During your stay We are retired and are available to help you and provide all the information you may need (transportation, museums, shows, etc.). Other things to note If you wish, you are warmly invited to share our breakfast from 9:00-9:30am.
