Stylishly decorated haussmannian apartment for four, with a bedroom overlooking a courtyard with a view on a tree-filled park, and a living room with a sofa bed overlooking a calm street of Paris. Between two metro lines (Convention on line 12 and Boucicaut on line 8) taking you all around Paris and near the Eiffel Tower (25 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by metro). The apartment (40 m2) was recently renovated by an interior designer: it is modern, stylishly decorated, bright and well located in a nice district of Paris, safe and lively (the 15th district, in French the 15th "arrondissement") In a secure building (2 doors with codes to access the building, concierge living on the ground floor, armored door) and a typical Parisian "Haussmannian" apartment (wooden floor, charming ceiling moldings, fireplaces) The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests: 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room equipped with a sofa bed. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with a lock. Hotel like amenities: - Very comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom (160 x 200 cm) - Sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm) - High quality duvets and pillows - French linen sheets - Cotton towels - TV - Shower gel and shampoo - Hairdryer - Steamer - Iron and ironing table Guest access You will be by yourselves in the apartment during your stay and have access to the entire apartment: - Bedroom - Living room - Bathroom - Separated toilet - Kitchen Other things to note The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and everything you need is just around the corner: supermarkets (Franprix, Carrefour City, Monoprix), restaurants, shops, bakeries, gym, pharmacies, banks as well as a brand new movie theater (showing movies in English) are all located within a 5 to 10 minute walk range. A public park adjoins the apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and there is absolutely no problem walking around even late at night. Do not miss the restaurants "L'accolade", "Le beurre noisette" and "Biscotte" only a few minutes away from the apartment: fresh and creative french cuisine! The Eiffel Tower is 25 minutes away by foot (or 15 minutes by metro). There are two metro stations near my apartment (7-minute walk) that will take you all around Paris: - Line 12 (station "Convention") takes you to: jardin du Luxembourg, Saint-Germain-des-Près, jardin des Tuileries, le Louvre, Pigalle, Montmartre, Sacré Coeur... - Line 8 (station "Boucicaut") takes you to: Invalides, Eiffel Tower, Opera, le Louvre, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps (shopping district), le Marais, République, Bastille...
