Welcome to my refurbished, ultra-modern and designed home, fully equipped for a premium experience in the heart of the 18th arrondissement, at the foot of Montmartre and in the 'place to be' district. Quiet and very functional, it's the perfect base for a successful Parisian holiday. You can also enjoy the proximity of a wide range of shops, restaurants and cultural sites. The space Featuring specially crafted decor and high-end fittings, this apartment will bring you a unique experience. Recently completely renovated accommodation for up to 4 people. It is located on the ground floor on the street. Carefully chosen very designer furniture. Warm atmosphere with two separate bedrooms. A first bathroom with shower and toilet. The master bedroom has its own bathtub. The second bedroom is cozy and bright. The living room has a TV area with a sofa, coffee table and bar for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen for your stay (microwave, hotplate, refrigerator, Nespresso machine). Ironing equipment and hair dryer available in the apartment. The apartment does not have a TV. Sheets & towels provided in the apartment. There is no soap or shampoo. Guest access The flat is all yours Guests will feel at home, with no special restrictions except respect for the place and the neighborhood. Other things to note • Bath towels & linens provided, only one large towel per person, only one hand towel. A few rolls of toilet paper for the first few days. Coffee capsules are not provided. One blanket per bed. Guests will need to make sure they leave the apartment in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it on arrival. Cleaning fees may be charged in case of non-compliance with these rules. The cleaning fee actually corresponds to the linen fee for the service provider who washes the bed linens and shower linens, and prepares the bedrooms and shower rooms.
