This cozy 13 sqm studio has been fitted out in a former janitor's lodge, typical of Parisian buildings, in an industrial style inspired by lofts. Close to public transportation and Bercy, this apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people (queen size bed available). Linens and towels will be provided. You will be able to visit Paris easily, thanks to the public transportation in the immediate vicinity. - Fully equipped, linens, towels will be provided. - The studio is located in a former guardian lodge, in an industrial style with exposed bricks. A comfortable sleeping area has been created on the steel mezzanine, with a queen size bed. - The studio is bright and well appointed. It is ideal for short stays at great prices. Other features to consider : - The mezzanine is accessible for a relatively straight ladder. - It is a small area but well equipped with all the necessary comforts. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. - It is possible to access the courtyard located on the first floor. Quiet and planted, it overlooks the small belt. Housing : You will appreciate my place for its charm and its location. The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal : - A cosy living room with a comfortable corner sofa. - A fully equipped kitchen : refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, kettle, kitchen utensils. - A comfortable mezzanine sleeping area: queen size bed. - A functional bathroom : Italian shower, toilets.
