Unbeatable location, 2 minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower. Quiet ground-floor apartment overlooking a garden, ideal for a family (2 adults, 2 children). Babies welcome (crib, high chair). Queen master bedroom + small alcove with comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) perfect for 1 adult or 2 children, 1 bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi. Shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access by bus, RER, metro. Parking close by. The space Fully refurbished 2 room flat. I live just opposite the garden. The situation makes it a very calm apartment far from the noise of the street. 3 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower we offer you a haven of piece in central Paris, bright and comfortable perfect to rest at the end of the day after a long day of visits or work. You'll find a large room with a double bed and a small living with a sofa-bed. A bathroom with two sinks and an italian shower as well and a fully equipped kitchen. Adjustable electric heating, and for summer, portable fans are provided. The apartment is ventilated on both sides, so it's always very cool. The location makes it ideal to go jogging in the Champ de Mars or have a picnic in the summer. If you plan to arrive or leave out of check in and check out times, don't hesitate to contact us, we'll do our best to find a solution. Also, many monuments and museums are within walking distance (Musée du Quai Branly 7’, Musée de l’Homme 10’, Musée de la Marine 10’, Palais de Tokyo 15’, Musée Guimet 15’). A few RER (city train) or tube stops from Notre Dame and The Louvre. Also direct to the Château de Versailles (30 to 40 minutes) with the RER. Guest access The accommodation is a self-contained ground-floor apartment overlooking a private garden. Access to the apartment is completely self-service thanks to a coded key box. Other things to note A minimum stay of two nights is required. The apartment is non-smoking. Children and babies are welcome—cribs and high chairs are available—but we do not accept pets.
