You will be close to shops, restaurants and public transport, while enjoying the friendly and authentic atmosphere of a real village in the heart of Paris. We will be delighted to welcome you and offer you an ideal base to explore the City of Light. The space The tastefully decorated 25m2 studio has 1 bedroom with double bed. The living room is equipped with a dining bar, a sofa bed and a TV. Great for a stay between 2 and 4 people. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet built into the bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, oven, toaster, kettle, induction stove and refrigerator. For your comfort high-speed WiFi (fiber) is also available. All household linen is provided (sheets and towels). Check-in is done independently with a code box. Guest access You have complete access to the studio and above all an independent entrance/exit. You can check in from 4 p.m., but the studio may be available before then, upon request. Other things to note We'll provide you with a sheet with restaurant recommendations. We respond very quickly on the Airbnb app or WhatsApp if needed. No disturbances after 10pm. No smoking. No parties, soirées or festive events.
