In the heart of Paris, this 20m2 space (+mezzanine) located ground floor of a quiet & safe street is ideal for a couple. This area is the most creative and authentic of paris! Metro (2min) and tourist sites within walking distance. The space Where once bread was baked, today the Loft is a design space heaven inside the city ! Private mini-Loft Area is 20m2 + mezzanine (total ceiling height of 3.60 meters, and 1.50 meters high on mezzanine level, Vintage stairs) * Located in ground floor on a quiet, one way street. * Large front shop windows (not possible to open them except entrance door). Fresh air available through Dyson air purifier& mobile AC.. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2 Induction fire, cooking ustensils, stove & pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) Bedroom *Located in the mezzanine * Queen size bed /2 places (mattress + mattress cover, 4 pillows) / sheets, duvet are included.
