Discover Paris staying in our charming 17th century old Parisian flat with its authentic beams & stones. Ideally located in the heart of Paris in the famous arty, literary & jazzy Saint-Germain-des-Prés area, our flat is next to the Louvre, Seine river, Notre-Dame & Luxembourg garden so you can't be more central. We have renovated our flat to turn it into an authentic Parisian cocoon & we will do our best to make you love Paris & our district. We are flexible concerning your moving in/out hour. The space Our apartment has the authentic charm of the old Paris with old tiles, old oak floor, beams & stones in every room. With a total surface of a bit more than 100 square meters, it also has a very high ceiling in most of the rooms (except in this bedroom which has a rather low ceiling but it gives a "cosy cocoon" style to it). We have completely renovated it to give it an "Industrial Loft" atmosphere between glass walls & doors, metal beams & unique pieces of furniture. Our apartment is looking out on one side onto a charming old Paris style paved courtyard & on the other side on the pretty Rue Saint-Benoît famous for its Café de Flore. If you are a bit hungry, you can also enjoy the famous macaroons & fine pastries at the Ladurée shop, just down the building! We are looking forward to welcoming you in our apartment that we will turn into your little Parisian cocoon during your stay ! See you soon. Silvia and Maël :) Guest access We are flexible concerning your moving in & out hours: you can get rid of your bags in the smaller living room as soon as you get into Paris even in the morning so you can enjoy Paris straight away. Concerning your check out, you can also leave your bags in the smaller living room until late that day so you can make the most of your time in Paris (you will keep the key until you need). The available room is charming & quiet with a double bed. You will also have shared access to: - a small living room adjoining your room & overlooking the courtyard with a fridge/freezer, a coffee machine, a drier... - a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen - independent toilets & a bathroom with a washing machine - a simple self-service breakfast (cereals, chocolate, tea, coffee, fruit juice, milk, jam, butter, toast) to be asked in advance - WIFI (Very high speed via FTTH) A key for your bedroom door is available only if you ask for it. The ceiling of this charming & bright bedroom isn't very high (about 1.70cm below the beams), which is to take into consideration if you are tall but as one of our tall Swedish guest once said in an excited way : "I have felt like Alice in Wonderland!" :) During your stay We want to make you feel at home in our flat & we will do our best to make you enjoy your stay in Paris! :) As we live in the flat, we will be available to answer your questions & give you pieces of advice whenever you need. :) Other things to note Don't hesitate to ask us any question. This room is officially registered as a "chambre d'hôte" at "La Mairie de Paris"
