It is a magnificent apartment, refurbished with modern materials by an interior designer to ensure you enjoy optimum comfort. This beautiful apartment located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Paris will allow you to live in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Paris. It is surrounded by department stores, renowned restaurants and local shops. The space This accommodation is located on the ground floor in a courtyard with a beautifully decorated living room and bedroom. It can accommodate up to 3 people (one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for 1 in the living room). The apartment also has a beautiful bathroom . The kitchen is fully-equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, induction stove...) For your comfort, TV and high-speed WiFi are also available. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. The apartment is located in a very popular area of the capital: both quiet and close to shops, this area is also perfectly served by transit (Poissonnière subway). The environment is quiet, and in the interest of good neighborliness with the condominium, guests are asked not to have parties in the apartment. The apartment does not have a TV. Guest access Guests will have full access to the place. It's a private, self-contained apartment, entirely reserved for guests. The accommodation is accessible from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Access is autonomous with a coded key box. It will have to be vacated before 10 a.m. on the day of your checkout; you will just have to drop off the key where you found it.
