Located on the 3rd floor of a 5 storey building with no lift. This studio of 18 square meters overlooking a very quiet courtyard .You will be able to fully experience the diversity of the cultural life of Paris and especially historic Marais district.The staircase of the building to access the apartment is narrow, if you have large suitcases, we advise you not to book this accommodation because there is no elevator. The space charming studio apartment is a few minutes away from the mayor of paris, in the Heart of the famous "republique" area with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and pubs. It's also within a short walking distance from main points of interest like : Le Louvre, Notre Dame, Ile de la Cité or Ile Saint Louis. You will have the whole apartment to your selves this is not not a share All the streets nearby host lots of nice galleries, shops, stylists ateliers, cafés, restaurants, brasseries, and lesser known places, just there for you to discover. You can walk all day long as well as evenings as the district is quite safe. You may meet casually movie actors, politicians, philosophs and opinions leaders. The Studio is in a 18th century building. The entrance gate is protected by a security system. this apartment has 18 square meters .The studio is fully furnished with a a double bed. , a shower, sink, 2 electronical plates, a microware,a washing machine, iron, a fridge, a hairdryer, and high speed internet with WI FI You will find everything you need right at hand. at 10 minutes walk from the Marais , at 10 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum , and 15 minutes from Notre-Dame Cathedral… your have many subway line 3 and line 4 and line 9, 8, 11. The main double bed is on mezzanine.I will provide you towels and bed linen. The minimum stay is 3 days. Other commodities include TV, DVD, Stereo and free internet, WI FI, and unlimited phone calls to all europe and United States (fixed line phone). All Linens included. There will be fresh bed linen and towels for you to use The check in is at 2 pm and the check out is at noon. This accommodation is not suitable for people with disabilities because the bed is on the mezzanine and the stairs are very narrow. I also allow myself to insist that the staircase of the building is narrow and it is difficult to go up with large suitcases. If you arrive early, you can store your lugages in a store called "citylocker" at 5 minutes of the apartment.
