About this place

We offer a small and nice room in a very centrally located 60 m2, beautiful, bright and spacious apartment. Located in the 2nd area. Close to the Louvre, musée d'Orsay, Notre Dame, the modern museum George Pompidou, Le Marais, Opéra & the Seine. Here you'll have perfect base for your explorations. Near Montorgeuil, shopping & nice restaurants. 4 min to different métro stations. Bike renting on our street. Paris Pass information desk round the corner. Looking forward to meeting you. Welcome!!! The space The apartment is situated in a quiet pocket of the 2nd area, very centrally located and next to (10 min walk) top attractions such as the Louvre, Palais Royal, Jardin des Tuileries, the Marais neighborhood, Opéra, Musée d'Orsay etc. It's a short 15 min walk from Gare du Nord for those coming via Eurostar. Lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. within walking distance. The private room is quite small, high ceiling but very nice, with storing, internet and window, for 1 or 2 persons. The room is situated on the courtyard side, so very quiet and calm with morning sun. In the room you'll find a bed, table & storing. You'll have fresh linen, 2 pillows and a duvet + 1 towel per person. This will be your perfect base for all your visits in Paris. There are 4 metro stations really near and a Vélib station (bicycles to rent) in front of our flat. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, no elevator, but is worth it ones you come up :-). Come and stay with us and live in a very nice area of Paris as a Parisian. Guest access You are welcome to join us in the living room where we have a fully equipped american kitchen, a big dining table, sofa etc. A very nice and bright room. The bathroom is, in french measures, very spacious with an italian shower window and we even got a space for you to have your toiletries. Do you need to wash your clothes? No problem you can use our washing machine but please bring your detergent. The only room that is not accessible for our guests is our bedroom :-) During your stay Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about our apartment, our neighborhood, Paris, we will try to help you as much as we can :-). We have a lot of tips and we would be happy to share them with you. Other things to note We are an easy going multi cultural couple who enjoys traveling and exploring new places, with passion for art, graphic design and interior design.
