On the 1st floor of a 19th century building, this cozy and carefully decorated accommodation is 3 minutes walking from "Gare du Nord"! 4 rooms (for 6-8 people): living/dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen. Mobile AIR CONDITIONING in the Livingroom and 1 bedroom. The other bedrooms have ventilators. Possibility of leaving luggage from 10:30 a.m while the maid cleans and returning from 2:30 p.m for check-in. The space The whole apartment is for you! This charming 4-room apartment is composed of: a small entrance, a living/dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed (140x200), 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) for each of them and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90x200), a shower room, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine etc...) The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer. You will find mobile air conditioning in the livingroom and in the main Bedroom (on the road side) for your greater comfort during hot weather!
