Large double bedroom in a 90m2 flat in a classical 19th century building located in the vibrant and diverse area of Paris... Le Marais !! Quiet family building in a busy area ;-) Clean and tidy well-equiped appt. Very close to all facilities, public transports, shops, museums, art-galeries, restaurants, bars... The space Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor (76 steps without elevator, daily sport) of a 4-storey building. We live on site and have our own room. We provide our guest room. It is very bright and calm. You will find a comfortable double bed, a desk, storage space. If you are more than 2 people, the living room will become private for you. We will set the sofa as a bed for 2 in the living room adjoining the bedroom with a supplement per night. Likewise, if you come just 2 people and want to use the sofa bed, there will be a supplement to pay on arrival, and you must notify us at the time of booking. We provide bed linen and towels. And in the bathroom there is shampoo and soap available. You will have access to the bathroom and kitchen which are shared with us. The bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet and sink. A hair dryer is available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... And you can use all the dishes and utensils. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. Regarding the washing machine, you can use it for free but in limited numbers. It has a large capacity and does not dry clothes. For drying, we have a drying rack. Otherwise there is a laundromat 5min from us. You can easily go everywhere with central location of the flat, next to Hotel de Ville in the heart of Le Marais. You have the public transport downstairs (metro line 1 and 11 Hotel de Ville or very close to Chatelet line 1 and 4 and 7 and 11 and 14 and RER A, B and D) You can reach the Opera, the Louvre, Bastille, Notre-Dame of Paris, Champs Elysées... in 5-10 minutes, or you can enjoy Paris by walk. You can also find all you need nearby, many supermarkets in the same street, amazing restaurants, lovely cafes, fashion clothes shops, and trendy art galleries... You would love your stay in the center paris, and you're really welcome home! We are looking forward to seeing you very soon :-) Guest access The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with us since we live in the apartment and we will be there during your stay. You'll have access to the entire flat, except our bedroom. During your stay We live in the apartment but work a lot, one in a restaurant and the other in a hotel, so we won't always be at the apartment. But we will be delighted to guide and help you during your stay if you need it and why not share a meal and a nice bottle of wine if you want :-D
