Located in the 11th arrondissement, close to the Atelier des Lumières (100 m), the Père Lachaise cemetery (300 m), and not far from Bastille, République and the Marais district. Metros, buses, and many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Laundromat 10 m away. The space Accommodation of about fifteen square meters, with completely independent access, with bathroom + toilet, and separate equipped kitchenette, adjoining the main house, located in a very quiet courtyard, in the heart of the lively district of the 11th arrondissement. Bedroom with a double bed (190 x 140), sheets provided, and storage + desk + wifi (fiber) + large TV (40" screen). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels provided. A kitchenette separated from the bedroom by a door, is at your exclusive disposal, with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, microwave/grill and kettle. Ideally located close to the Atelier des Lumières and the Père Lachaise Cemetery, not far from Bastille, République and Marais. Numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, bus and metro stations are in the immediate vicinity. Guest access Guests access through an entrance, in which there is a kitchenette, leading directly (door) into their accommodation (bedroom + private bathroom). A fridge and kitchen appliances are at your disposal. During your stay I live and work on site, and will of course be available for any necessary help, and for any advice to optimize your stay, according to your needs. I've lived in the neighborhood for 25 years. Other things to note The neighborhood is very well served by metro or bus. There are many restaurants and bars, as well as mini markets and various shops.
