Nestled in the heart of Paris, this lovely and bright apartment is looking over Palais Brongniart, a majestic venue that used to be the Stock Exchange. It was fully revamped in a sophisticated and elegant style, with 3 separate bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and stunning views over the Parisian landmark. Every detail of decor has been carefully chosen to reflect Parisian elegance, making this peaceful home the ideal place to experience Parisian life for a few days. The space The apartment includes: - 1 Living room - 1 Dining area with seating for 6 - 1 Fully equipped kitchen - 1 Shared Bathroom (shower and WC) and 2 private bathrooms (see below) The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows: - Bedroom 1 with a KingSize bed with en-suite bathroom (shower and WC) - Bedroom 2 with a QueenSize bed with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and no WC) - Bedroom 3 with a QueenSize bed The apartment is equipped with: - A/C - Bath and bed linen - Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper) - High speed Wifi - TV - Washer dryer, - Hair dryer, - Nespresso coffee machine - Water boiler - Toaster - Fridge - Induction cooking plates - Microwave - Pans and other cooking wares - Baby bed and high chair if needed Guest access Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in. To get the keys of the apartment: - You will have to collect the keys in a secure box with a code inside the building - The code will be given to you before your arrival - The door to your apartment is on the fifth floor on the right (elevator) with the P02-BRS1-5G plaque on the door Other things to note Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggage in the apartment. The apartment is being cleaned by our housekeeping team from 11am to 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am. We appreciate your cooperation regarding: - Taking care of the apartment The apartment has been carefully designed to offer you a haven of peace in the heart of Paris. You are expected to take care of it and return it in the same condition. Upon your arrival, please report any problem immediately to our teams so that so that we can offer you the best solutions. We recommend you to take photos to identify any potential damage. After departure, the apartment will be inspected by our teams. - Respecting the House Rules Non-smoking zone: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or within the building premises. No outside people: Only people whose identity documents have been provided are granted access to the apartment. No parties: Out of respect for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties or gatherings that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. Additionally, you are asked to respect quiet hours, between 9pm and 8am. No events or professional photo shoots: The apartment is intended for residential purposes only. Hosting events or gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Likewise, professional photo and video shootings are not authorized within our premises. In the event of non-compliance with one or more of these rules during your stay, we will be forced to terminate your stay in the apartment. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in case of damage to the apartment. Additionally, please note that: You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site. In the event of loss of apartment keys, €170 will be charged.
