Beautiful 17th century building, quiet apartment facing the inner courtyard. Surface : 70 mètres carrés The space 2 adjoining apartments divided by a private hall way. Equipped kitchen with microwave & electric hobs. Wooden beam ceilings & high windows 3.20 meters! Facing the inner courtyard the place is very quiet, a pleasant surprise as the lively Marais is just outside! Loud music and wild parties are not tolerated by other residents of the building! Guest access Whole appartment Other things to note No smoking in the apartment or the inner courtyard. Internet and WiFi are installed. But we're not responsible for breakdowns or malfunctions. No reduction will be granted in the event of a WiFi problem, because the equipment is loaned by the provider FREE. It is good to know that the equipment provided by all French providers is not suitable for a large number of connections, 4 to 12 people in the apartment changing every day or 2, 3 days on average.
