The space The space 25 sqm studio has been recently fully renovated with brand new furniture and home appliances; it is located in a quiet area facing the backyard of the building, oriented South-West to fully enjoy the sunlight during the afternoon. The studio is composed of: - A bright living-room with a large Queen-size bed benefitting from a superior spring mattress, a wide Full HD 55-inch LED Smart TV, a modern glass-table and two chairs - An open kitchen comprising: an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, pans, plates glasses, bowls, tea/coffee cups, cutlery for two people, and a Nespresso coffee machine - A clean and modern bathroom with a shower, a sink, a wide mirror, and toilets. You will also have at your disposal: a washing-machine for your laundry, a drying rack, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, a fan, a wardrobe and many other storage spaces. - An Air Purifier Dyson I provide premium quality towels, bed sheets, vanity kits and Nespresso coffee caps. You will of course have complimentary access to high-speed wireless Internet through the fiber optical network, as well as a large choice of local and international TV channels! Facade awnings do NOT work Guest access The apartment has an elevator access and password-protected main lobby entrance. IMPORTANT: The apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Only one set of keys will be provided during your stay. You will be welcomed by Luckey who will be dedicated in providing you with a high-quality service and make your travel experience a pleasant journey. Those include among others: key exchange, towels and hotel linens, professional cleaning and assistance in case of need. The neighborhood Traditional, charming, touristic, popular, safe… the 15th district of Paris is a great residential area located in the South West part of the city, close to main touristic spots, including the renowned Eiffel Tower located within 15min walk from the apartment. You will find at 2 minutes by walk a Monoprix supermarket as well as many bakeries. You will be: BY FOOT - 3 minutes from ‘rue du Commerce’, a pleasant street with many shops and markets - 8 minutes from Champs de Mars (extensive park right below the Eiffel Tower) - 15 minutes from the Eiffel Tower - 20 minutes from the Beaugrenelle shopping mall BY METRO - 15 minutes from Champs Elysées / Arc de Triomphe / Grand Palais - 20 minutes from Galeries Lafayette / the Opera / the Louvre Museum or the Notre-Dame Cathedral from the apartment. The closest bus stops are La Motte Picquet Grenelle or Cambronne (line 80), few steps from the apartment. Other things to note We propose mid-stay professional cleaning services for long stays over 10 days that include making beds with clean linens, dusting furniture, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen and towel exchanges.
