The beams are still visible in the living room. The apartment is at the second floor (european). The triple glazing assure you to have a quiet place and the Bedroom is on the backyard. You can cook and eat at home. The wireless internet access is included. The living room is equipped with a 55"TV screen with 160 channels and and a couch with transforms in a real bed for 2 people. Loïc welcome you in his Guest House, your space has its own door with an electronic lock. You can order an American Breakfast which can be served on our terrace, our kitchen or in your space (it has to be paid when you order it 25€/people). The bathroom has a tropical shower. Guest access You will have your own private space which is occupies the entire 2nd floor of our Guest House. Other things to note When you book for more than 2 people the sofa bed in the living room will be prepare and the sheets are included. Filming or making pictures for a diffusion, even restricted, requires our agreement beforehand. The apartment access is strictly restricted to the people on the booking (breaking this rule stop the booking immediatly). It's possible to add guest until the check-in day for 15€/day/guest for the whole stay, a towel set will be provided for each guest. For safety the intercom record the entrances and exits. PLease close the doors each time you come in or go out. Sometimes a late check out is possible depending of the next guest arrival time, ask us. The price is 20€ for the first hour and 10€ for the next hours.
