5minutes by walking to the canal in Paris, 20 minutes to Louvre, 40 minutes to Eiffel tour, charming, bright room in a duplex with direct access to a balcony in a huge garden. Kitchen, bathroom to share, 3 minutes from metro Crimée. Third bed very comfortable on the floor. parking disponible The space The apartment is a duplex with two levels: two bathroom, toilets and balcony and with large window. Kitchen shared like bathrooms. Bedroom with a private fridge in the living room. The duplex is shared with a Hong Kong photographer who speak Chinese and a history teacher and a student. Guest access The flat is big and everybody share the flat; but we advise you... 1) Check in at 12h30 am, check out at the 11h30. Better to prepare your luggage before and put under the stairs ^^ 2) you can use the kitchen but immediately clean after use 3) Possibility of a laundry, for stay of more 6 days, you have to buy a product to do the washing machine. 4) we can eat in the balcony or in your room...and food not inclusive 5) If you stay one week, you will have to buy small product for washing up in your bathroom who's is private but we need also to do the washing up 6) when you arrive, your bedroom is not available before 12am and you have to leave your bedroom at 12 am. You can let your luggages under the stairs in the first level. :) 6) enjoy your stay! But don't forget to have battery for your phone when your arrive ; precise your time arrival.
