Old commercial premises on courtyard freshly renovated, offering quietness and all the confort for a wonderful stay in Paris, closed to Bd Haussmann, the Grands Magasins & the Bourse, between Opéra & Montmartre, a lively and center area The space 18 m2/194 ft2 ground floor studio on a private courtyard of a 18th typical building of Paris freshly renovated with half-timbered, exposed stones & bricks. At the beginning, the studio was a stable, hosting horses. Later, it became a commercial premises that saw the beginnings of the famous French advertising agency "Publicis". The famous French film "Le Père Noël est une ordure" has been shot! You will be in the heart of Paris, closed to Grands Boulevards subway station and bus stations and you will be able to move quickly all around Paris. You will optimize your stay! Building and courtyard are accessible through a gate protected by a digit code number. A caretaker is present in the building. All the double-glazed windows are built in safety unbreakable glass. Made for 2 persons with all the confort, a quiet place and easy to access! The fully equipped kitchen comes with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, an extractor fan, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso pot, a kettle, a toaster and a folding table. And everything for cooking! A welcome kit, our gift for our guests, will wait for you... In the bathroom, you will find a shower stall, a WC, a washbowl, a combo washer/dryer/steamer machine, a towel drying heater and a hair dryer. The living room offers a foldaway bed with a leather sofa and a real bed (140x190cm) with a great form memory mattress (equal to a real bed). We provide sheets. The TV is connected to more than 200 channels and direct internet access. A vintage speaker with Bluetooth connection will allow you to listen to your favorite music. Finally, a very high-speed internet connexion is provided, free for charge, in order to connect your notebook, your smartphone or your pad. An ironing board and iron are also available. For safety, a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide and a first aid kit are present. Our studio has been built for our guests: enjoy your trip in Paris!
