The space I rent a room with double bed in a charming 12 m2 apartment in the 12th arrondissement. The room is very comfortable , overlooking a quiet street . It is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and equipped with a flat- screen TV and Internet access . Bathroom with shower and bath and toilet are separated and shared . A continental breakfast is included and served in the dining room The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, in an unusual and very bourgeois central area . All kinds of shops are nearby, including a very good bakery. Dausmesnil the market ( place Félix Eboué ) takes place two times a week on Tuesday and Friday. You will be close to Bastille and its famous Opera (15 minutes by metro) , Bercy Village and the Palais Omnisport (20 minutes walk) . The Bois de Vincennes is about fifteen minutes , it is the ideal place for walking and jogging . Very well connected, metro lines 6 and 8 are nearby , stop Daumesnil . Stop the bus No. 46 is just down from my house and it allows direct access to the Gare du Nord , Gare de l'Est and the castle of Vincennes. At 500 meters , bus No. 29 joined the Saint Lazare train station through the Marais.
