I provide nightly, weekly or monthly rented, comfortably furished bedrooms to share in 100 m2 The space 3 bedroom French apartment 100m2. 11th Arrondissement. Very fast wifi and home phone. A big bright living room, a separated kitchen in an open space, a toilet, a big shared bathroom. I rent a big (23m2) room with very good double sized bed, nice and calm with a big window. The building is in a typical Parisian style classic, the apartment is at the 4th floor with elevator. Guest access Separate kitchen, separate WC and bathroom, fast wifi and living room are provided. You will have a set of keys, some of the deposit would be taken if you loose them. You have free access to the apartment at any time with your keys. During your stay I am at your disposal to provide you with all the help you need to make your stay enjoyable. In any case, do not hesitate to write me. I have a map book of Paris. I can help you for your visit of this amazing city and show you good tips, areas to visit, good exhibitions to see and I can book you to some nightlife events too and also any help in any kind, like emergency or any problems. Other things to note I am a Painter, there is a lot of paintings, and sculptures in the apartment. The apartment is like a small gallery. If you like something you can buy some pieces, all the paintings are for sell.
