Large Studio, as a Suite, ideally located in a quiet street, close to the Eiffel Tower and 2 minutes away from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station. Many restaurants around too! The apartment is fully equipped with all you may need for a few days (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet paper ...). Perfect for a couple with the main room being quite spacious, and convenient for 2 people wishing separate beds (sofa will be converted into a single bed) but the space becomes tighter. The space Charming studio, decorated with light colors and all the equipment needed. Small kitchen, large shower, comfortable queen size bed, large secured window viewing the small street without being seen (!), 2 small windows to be opened at any time, a refresher system (2 efficient fans) for cooler nights at summer time. A mirror film covers the large window to allow your privacy during daytime, as long as lights are not turned on, but if so, you shall wish to close the thick curtains :) The Shower is spacious with very hot water coming from a water tank sized for 2 people; you may however be careful, if letting hot water run continuously for several minutes, or you (or the next person to shower) may be running out of hot water; it shall take about 2 hours before the water tank gets very warm again. Be careful when using the cooking plates; you shall just avoid using - at the same time! - one of the 3 devices on the cupboard or the electricity may shut down... no worry, the main electrical switch in the cupboard near the entrance door can be turned to 0 and back on I to get the electricity back on :) Guest access The studio is dedicated to you! It is located at the ground floor, accessible after 2 secured entrance doors, in a quiet and secured area (Military school, Eiffel Tower and Administration Offices around). I will be happy welcoming you (most of the time unless being away from Paris) but you shall be able to self check in too (if facing major delays or in case of later check in until 1:00am). Other things to note The apartment window is covered by a mirror film that allows you to keep your privacy during day time but you shall close the curtains when it's getting dark outside or when all the lights are turned on inside to keep your privacy! In case you'd need to leave your luggages somewhere before checking in or after checking out, you may wish to go to Montparnasse train station (just 4 metro stops from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station) as you'll find lockers there.
