This apartment is cosy, bright and overlooking a quiet street. It's located on an island in the middle of Paris. Our guests say it's typical, warm and charming. The room itself is beautiful and spacious, a table to eat, a corner to lounge and a comfy bed...while the light flows in through the large windows. You can easily have dinner nearby or buy french food in local stores around to cook. Walking around the island is what parisians do on sundays with an ice cream from berthillon. The space This is a warm and typical Parisian apartment. We live here in an open and calm minded spirit, open/curious to others. We offer you bed & breakfast. We live in the second part of the apartment where we have our living room, dining room and bedroom. We also have a terrasse with plants and flowers. You will share with us the bathroom and kitchen. Check out the map we posted within the pictures and you will see that the appartment is well organised to insure privacy. The room is quite big and bright with 2 windows facing a street with no cars. You have at your disposal a lounge with a sofa and library, a dining area, and a sleeping area with dressing and storage. You will find 2 arm chairs behind the sofa to take down the street if you want to enjoy a drink on the seine. You can play music. Open up a bottle of wine...and start to enjoy paris... The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking: microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher. And for breakfast : tea pot, expresso machine, jelly, toasts, fruits... You can store your food/things in the kitchen and the bathroom. You have your towels and you can have beakfast in the morning (coffee/tea, gely, toasts). You can use anything you want in the kitchen :salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar ...whatever you may need to cook... The bathroom is very nice with a shower, bathtub and hair dryer. There is a washing machine you can use. There is a window opening outside. As you can tell from the great reviews this is a great appartment to discover the city with parisian eyes. Pure and original Airbnb spirit ... Guest access We are very aranging with check in and check out times. We think it's important when you arrive somewhere to be able to go straight home. Some thing whe leaving. You will have the keys to come and go as you want. We will just ask you to close well the door and windows when you leave. During your stay We will welcome you and we tell you nice places, restaurants and outlets in Paris. The ones we go to or the ones you want to find. You have at your disposal tour guides, magazines and books representing what we like. If you need ideas, tell us what you like and what you want and we will guide you.
