2 minutes’ walk from the Eiffel Tower, in a truly unique location. Independent, bright ground-floor apartment, very quiet and overlooking a garden. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Ideal for a wonderful stay in Paris, with family (2 parents, 2 children) or friends. Babies are welcome (crib, high chair). 2 bedrooms (one large, one small), 1 bathroom, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and shops nearby. Served by 3 metro lines, RER, and buses. I live on the premises. The space Unique location, meters away from the Eiffel Tower, the neighbourhood is one of the most charming and agreeable in Paris. Close to the Champ de Mars gardens, it is the ideal place to stay whether you’re visiting or working. Main public transports are all less than 10 minutes away, including direct buses to Roissy and Orly airports 2 minutes away (every 20 mins for Orly, every 30 for Roissy). Also, many monuments and museums are within walking distance (Musée du Quai Branly 7’, Musée de l’Homme 10’, Musée de la Marine 10’, Palais de Tokyo 15’, Musée Guimet 15’). A few RER (city train) or tube stops from Notre Dame and The Louvre. Also direct to the Château de Versailles (30 to 40 minutes) with the RER. The flat is fully refurbished, fully equipped and decorated with a typical French modern flair. Very quiet, it is a peaceful oasis to come home to after the animation of the City of Light. It is a lively neighbourhood during the day, but since you are also in a residential area, it gets quieter during the evening. You will find a lot shops (dry cleaner, bakery, supermarket, cellar, cheesemongers, greengrocer, fishmonger’s, butcher’s) open all week (including on Sundays for some). All are less than two minutes away. You will also find a list of our favourite markets and restaurants in a welcome book in the flat. Launderette close by.
