I live in a large 4-room apartment. I'm an artist and director. I live with my little family Ivy and Josephine and a very nice little dog Jango Westie. I speak English and love to meet new people. You will live as in a shared apartment with other guests. We rarely meet, but if you feel like talking and chatting, you can stay in the living room and enjoy the fireplace. The space French apartment 100m2 in the 11th Arondissement. Nice and calm room. Very fast wifi (fiber) and home phone. A big bright living room, with a little balcony, a separated kitchen, toilets, a big shared bathroom with a bath. The bathroom is cleaned all the time. There is three rooms in the apartment. I rent a 13m2 room with a confortable bed, calm with a big window and a wall unit closet. Its private and safe. You have your own set of keys so you can go and come at anytime. The building is a typical Parisian style classic and chic, the apartment is at the 4th floor with elevator. Guest access Separate kitchen, separate WC and shared bathroom, fast wifi and living room are provided. During your stay I have a few map book and guidebook of Paris. I can also help you for your visit of this amazing city and show you good tips, areas to visit, good exhibitions to see and I can book you to some nightlife events too and also any help in any kind, like emergency or any problems. Other things to note I am a Painter, there is a lot of paintings, and sculptures in the apartment. The apartment is like a small gallery. If you like something you can buy some pieces, all the paintings are for sale.
