Beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment (28 m²) in the very heart of Le Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and lively districts. Set on the ground floor of a peaceful courtyard within an 18th-century mansion, this cozy “atelier-style” flat combines authentic charm and modern comfort. The space The apartment includes: • A bright living room with sofa and TV (100 channels) • A fully equipped open kitchen (induction hob, microwave, fridge, washer-dryer, kettle, Nespresso machine, etc.) • A dining area with table and two chairs • A bedroom with double bed (140 × 190 cm) • A modern bathroom with Italian-style shower and WC High-speed fiber Wi-Fi, hi-fi system, and free phone calls are available. 💡 Please note: ceilings are lower than standard (typical of historic Marais buildings), and the flat may not be ideal for guests taller than 1.90 m. Air conditioning: During summer, I install a small AC unit , just designed to be run during possible heat waves and not continuously ( too noisy). It is not a proper continuous AC for an american point of view. I'd like to outline that the flat is naturally cool due to the very thick wall in this 18th century building. Guest access The apartment is entirely yours during your stay — quiet, independent, and perfectly located to explore Paris on foot.
